Julio Domínguez was born in Algarrobo del Aguila on 20 December 1933. He came to Santa Rosa in 1948. Writer, intuitive musician and poet, writes, composes and sings her own works. Founding partner of the EPA and restrict the first Cultural Arts Cooperative in La Pampa. He died in 2007.
